PRIVATE DATASETS · LICENSED BY SEALED BID
Lembas Research acquires the rights to private records directly from established firms, anonymizes them before anyone sees them, and offers them to AI labs and data buyers under one NDA.
How a dataset moves
01
Agreement
The owner grants us the rights, with warranties.
02
Anonymization
Names, clients and identifying details removed.
03
Sealed bids
Approved buyers review under NDA and bid privately.
04
License
The winning buyer signs and receives the data.
Rights
Acquired from the owner
Every dataset comes under a signed agreement with the firm that created it, so buyers know exactly where it came from.
Privacy
Anonymized first
Identifying details are removed before anything is described, sampled or delivered, and buyers agree never to re-identify.
Process
One NDA, private bids
Approved buyers sign once to see every listing. Bids are sealed and non-binding until a license is signed.
Two ways in
We work with a short list of serious buyers and a small number of firms at a time.
For buyers
Datasets that can’t be scraped
For AI labs, data brokers and teams building domain models.

Standards
The same rules apply to every dataset, before a buyer sees even a summary.
People
Names, contact details and identifiers of clients, staff and third parties are removed or replaced.
Source
The firm is never named in a listing. Listings use a code name, a broad region and rounded figures.
Checks
Every delivery is checked for schema, record counts and remaining personal information.
Buyers
Buyers agree not to re-identify anyone and not to contact a data source except through us.
